Administrative Board

The Administrative Board has a chairperson and four members, appointed to a four-year term and relieved of duty by the Government of the Republic of Croatia. The chairperson and two members are appointed at the proposal of the ministry competent for economy, one member at the proposal of the Expert Council and one member at the proposal of the HZN Employees' Council.

The Administrative Board has the following members:
