How do I receive/collect the standard I have purchased?
You choose the manner of collecting the standard in your order.Standards in hard copy or on CD-ROM can be collected in person workdays from 08:30 to 15:00 at Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 78, after you have received notification from us that they are ready, or are sent to you by registered post. Standards in PDF format can be sent to your e-mail address.
