Public consultations
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Access to Information Act (NN 25/2013, 85/2015 and 69/2022) public authorities are required to conduct public consultations prior to the adoption of general acts or other strategic or planning documents where these affect the interests of citizens and legal persons.
