Year	Procurement Plan	Contracts and their performance
2025.	The Procurement Plan and any amendments thereof are published in a standardized form in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) within eight days from their adoption.	From 1 January 2024, pursuant to the Regulation on procurement plans, Contract Register, prior consultation and market analysis in public procurement (NN 101/2017, 144/20 and 30/23) all new public procurement procedures must be announced in the new Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) Procedures launched by announcement in the “old” EOJN RH must be completed in the “old” EOJN RH.

Od 1. siječnja 2024. godine, sukladno Pravilniku o planu nabave, registru ugovora, prethodnom savjetovanju i analizi tržišta u javnoj nabavi (NN 101/2017 i 144/20 i 30/23 svi novi postupci javne nabave objavljuju se na novim stranicama Elektroničkog oglasnika javne nabave Republike Hrvatske (EOJN RH). Postupci koji su započeti na »starom« EOJN RH završavaju se na »starom« EOJN RH.

From 1 January 2018, pursuant to Art. 4 para. 1 the Regulation on procurement plans, Contract Register, prior consultation and market analysis in public procurement (NN 101/2017, 144/20 and 30/23), the Procurement Plan and any amendments thereof must be published in a standardized form in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) within eight days from their adoption.	From 1 January 2018, pursuant to Art. 7 para. 1 the Regulation on procurement plans, Contract Register, prior consultation and market analysis in public procurement (NN 101/2017, 144/20 and 30/23), the Contract Register and any amendments thereof must be published in a standardized form in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) within eight days from their adoption.
